The Custom Ring Process

Creating a custom engagement ring should feel exciting, personal, and effortless. Our process is designed to guide you from concept to completion with complete transparency and expert guidance every step of the way.

Step 1: Design Consultation

Every custom piece begins with a one-on-one consultation. Share your inspiration, preferred diamond shape, metal choice, budget, and any design ideas you have in mind.

Based on your vision, we will provide a preliminary estimate and discuss the options available to create your perfect ring.

Step 2: Custom CAD Design

Once you're ready to proceed, a $200 CAD design fee is collected and applied toward the final cost of your ring.

Our design team will create detailed 3D CAD renderings and videos of your ring, allowing you to visualize every aspect before production begins. We offer unlimited design revisions to ensure every detail is exactly as you envisioned.

Step 3: Production

After final design approval, a 70% production deposit is required to begin manufacturing.

Your ring will then be meticulously crafted by our experienced goldsmiths using the finest materials and exceptional attention to detail. Production timelines typically range from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

Step 4: Completion & Delivery

Once your ring is complete, we will provide final photos and arrange for pickup or insured shipping.

The remaining balance is due upon completion prior to delivery. Every piece undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our highest standards before it reaches you.
